| 摘 要： | 素质教育是当今教育发展的主题，政治课的教改和教学也必然要围绕这一主题进行。政治课的素质教育是纲，实施政治课的素质教育的教学方法则是目，以纲立目，纲举目张，围绕素质教育设计模型，使政治课教学增强了规范化操作，将有利于政治课教学的科学性。

| Abstract: | Quality-oriented education is the theme in the present education,so the reform & teaching of politics should be focused on this theme.In politics teaching,its quality-oriented education is the key link and its teaching method is the target.Once the key link is grasped,everything falls into place.If the teaching model is designed in accordance with the principles of quality-oriented education,politics teaching will be more standardized & more sccentific in operation. |
