| 摘 要： | 高等教育投入的研究既是国家制定高等教育决策的前提,也是规范界定高等教育成本,从而促进高等教育资源优化配置,进而推进高等教育发展的重要基础。它有利于实现我国高等教育合理、协调、全面的可持续发展。目前对于我国高等教育投入的研究,大致从经济学和教育学两个角度展开。但研究中也存在着不少缺陷,主要表现在盲目照搬国外模式,规避如高等教育成本等敏感问题,研究结果缺乏相关的法律、法规加以配合,未能与政府决策有效联系以及个别研究者的观点过于偏激等方面。

| Abstract: | Besides being the prerequisite for the national strategic decisions of higher education,the study of higher education investment is the basis for regulating higher education costs,the principle for higher education resource allocations and the spur for higher education developments.Their research angle is either economics-based or education-based one,there still exist quite a few defects in these studies,such as mechanically copying foreign modes,evading sensitive problems like higher education costs,or simply lacking the support from legal systems,with no effective links to government decisions. |
