| 摘 要： | 目的/意义] 对英国数字连续性项目的目标、背景与制度展开分析，旨在为中国的数字连续性行动提供借鉴。方法/过程] 以从英国政府网站获取的政策与工具为分析对象，通过文本分析法梳理英国数字连续性项目的保障框架及其优势与不足。结果/结论] 从英国数字连续性的保障框架来看，我国应从业务驱动、协同参与、风险管控创新、积极应用信息与通讯技术、立足本土制定全球化战略、构建体系化制度等方面开展数字连续性行动。

| Abstract: | Purpose/significance] The paper aims to propose actions of digital continuity in China by analyzing goal, background and policies for digital continuity of UK.Method/process] With the method of text analysis and data from UK websites like policies and tools,the paper presents support framework for digital continuity of UK and its advantages and disadvantages.Result/conclusion] Then, the paper suggests that digital continuity in China are supposed to include local and global vision, integration business and information management, risk management, application of ICT, and complete system. |
