| 摘 要： | 企业家效率性人力资本是企业核心竞争力形成的基础；企业家交易性人力资本是企业核心竞争力形成的关键；企业家动力性人力资本是企业核心竞争力形成的动力。效率性人力资本、交易性人力资本和动力性人力资本相互作用、相互制约，共同决定企业家人力资本水平，进而决定企业核心竞争力的高低。
