| 摘 要： | 通过对湖北粮食生产及粮食科技发展现状的分析,阐明湖北在国家粮食安全保障中的地位。同时,从湖北粮食科技创新资源、农业科技创新投入机制、粮食科技创新需求等角度,指出开展粮食科技创新体系建设在保障粮食安全中的重要性,确定粮食科技创新体系建设的重点领域,最后给出建设粮食科技创新体系的几点建议,以期通过增加科技创新投入,加强创新队伍建设,促进产学研合作,开展产业化经营,为粮食生产提供源动力,从而确保国家粮食安全。
