我国MBA教育培养的融合模式探索

摘    要:MBA教育培养模式是我国MBA教育健康发展的关键。面对世界经济全球化和快速发展的中国国情对MBA人才的要求和挑战,我国必须积极推进MBA人才培养模式改革。本文针对现行MBA教育存在的问题,提出“理念引导”加“管理模拟”的MBA教育培养融合模式,并对这一融合模式的实施和保障措施进行了详细阐释。

Abstract:The training model is crucial for the healthy development of MBA education in China. In face of economic globaliza tion and challenges from China's rapid development, a reform must be made in the MBA training model in this country. In view of problems in MBA education, an integrated training model with "conceptual guidance" and "management simulation" is pres ented along with a discussion on its implementation and measures of assurance.
