| 摘 要： | 儒家的理想人格在总体上表现为仁道的具体化，内圣外王人格是其最高境界，但“圣人”的境界一般人难以企及。相对于圣人，君子可被视为理想人格的现实体现，为个人修养提供了一些具体规范。“仁者安仁”则体现了儒家理想人格的价值观特质。儒家的理想人格对中华民族的个性品质和人格培育产生过深远的影响，对人的道德修养发挥过积极作用，即使在今天改革开放和市场经济条件下，对现代公民理想人格的塑造仍具有积极的借鉴价值。
