摘    要:后现代教育思想作为后现代思潮的一部分,不可避免地冲击着教育理论的构建和教育实践的运行,极大地影响了人们对教育的认识。师生关系问题历来是教育、教学中一个非常重要的问题。后现代主义的师生观强调“平等与对话”,认为对话型师生关系的本质是民主和创造。它充满着生命活力,学生体验的是平等、自由、尊重、信任、理解和宽容,培育的是自主自觉的意识、自我实现的欲望、开拓创新的激情和积极进取的人生态度。这对当前我国正在进行的新课程改革具有重大的启示和影响。
