| 摘 要： | 悉尼奥运会游泳比赛取得了辉煌的成绩。本从世界各国的科技创新在改进动作技术与训练方法、增加游进动力和革新装备设施、减小游进阻力等两方面的应用实例，探讨了铸造奥运泳坛辉煌的原因，希望能提高我国游泳界对训练科学的认知水平。
