| 摘 要： | 后勤保障力是战斗力的重要组成部分。保障力生成模式的转变对军事后勤人才培养提出了更高要求。着眼信息化条件下后勤保障力生成模式转变的特点和规律,提出了确立军事后勤人才培养新理念、拓宽军事后勤人才培养新途径、健全军事后勤人才培养机制等观点。

| Abstract: | Logistics support power is the main component of combat capability.The transformation of support power generating mode makes higher demand for the training of military logistics talents.The article,with a view to the characteristics and law of the transformation of the logistics support power generating mode under the informationization condition,puts forward the new ideas to train logistics talents,broaden new training approaches,and perfect the logistics talents training mechanism. |
