| 摘 要： | “网格化管理、组团式服务”是新时期公共管理、公共服务的一个新载体。文章提出将“网格化管理、组团式服务”运用到高职院校的学生管理，分析了推行的必要性和可行性条件，并从创新二级学院学生管理模式，搭建信息化服务平台．打造专业教师服务团队等角度探讨了“网格化管理、组团式服务”的实施策略。
