| 摘 要： | 农业产业化要求农业增长方式由传统的粗放型向现代的集约型转变，而农业增长方式由粗放型向集约型转变的核心是知识和技术的集约，关键是提高农业从业人员的科技文化素质。只有培养大量的科技与管理人才，大幅度提高农民的科技文化素质，才能不断提高农业生产和经营效益，才能促进农业产业化的良性经营发展，而大力发展农业职业教育正是提高新型农民与农业从业人员素质、实现农业产业化的根本途径。

| Abstract: | The industrialization of agriculture requires agricultural growth to modern intensive change from the traditional extensive, whose core is the intensive of knowledge and technology. The key is to improve the scientific and cultural quality of the agricultural employees. Only to train a large number of technical and managerial personnel, to boost farmers＂ scientific and cultural qualities substantially, It can continue to improve agricultural production and operating efficiency in order to promote the benign operation and development of agricultural industrialization. This is the fundamental way to achieve the industrialization of agriculture. |
