| 摘 要： | 随着我国经济、教育体制改革的不断深化,高校基层团组织建设出现了一些弱化现象:团员意识淡薄,团组织的凝聚力下降,团员的先锋模范作用体现不够等.在当前形势下,为增强基层团组织的凝聚力和吸引力,应积极探索理论武装的有效途径,完善高校班级团学组织制度建设,开展形式多样的团学活动,推进大学生素质拓展教育,打造一支高素质班级团干部队伍.
