| 摘 要： | 人格是做人的尊严、价值和品格的综合。目前,高速发展的科学技术和经济发展更需要与社会同步发展的精神人格。文章试图通过人格的诠释,阐明人格的成因及在教育中的重要性,为社会转型期的学校学生德育的培养提供新的教育视角。

| Abstract: | Personality is an integration of human dignity,value and quality.Today the quick development of science,technology and economy need a synchronous development of spiritual personality.Through the interpretation of personality,this paper tries to elaborate the cause of personality and its importance in education,which provides new educational perspective for school moral education in the social transition. |
