| 摘 要： | 实践教学基地建设是高职院校建设的重要内容。为满足临床护理工作对护士职业能力的要求，高职院校护理专业要提高对实践教学的认识，建设先进、功能齐全的护理专业校内实训中心，培养学生动手操作能力，提高人才培养的质量，从而提高学生就业率。
