| 摘 要： | 产业集群是促进工业经济增长的有效产业组织形式。辽宁产业集群化发展带动了对高素质技能型人才需求量的增加，这就要求职业院校不断调整专业设置和教育模式，提高职业院校的技术服务功能。职业教育要创新职业院校办学机制体制，促进校企深层次合作；要调整专业设置，对接产业集群发展；要改变办学形式，实现学历教育与非学历教育、职前教育与职后培训的对接。
