| 摘 要： | 以阜新高等专科学校英语系学生为对象的实证研究结果表明，高职院校英语专业学生的学习动机有受迫动机、工具型动机、融合型动机和内在兴趣型动机，四种动机之间存在明显差异：受迫型动机比例最高，内在兴趣型比例最低，动机总体水平不高。基于此，要通过设置具体目标、培养学习兴趣、利用原有动机的迁移、引导学生正确归因等方法注重培养学生高水平的学习动机，以提高教学效果。
