| 摘 要： | 本文就原哈尔滨师范专科学校的计算机专业的计算机基础课教学改革的实践，即在计算机文化基础课程建设中如何体现师范特点和专业特点，对从教学内容，体系结构，教材建设，教学方法，教学模式等几个方面的教学改革尝试进行论述，同时结合计算机科学技术发展的特点，提出了进入21世纪哈尔滨学院计算机基础教育的改革方向，本课题研究的内容对其它高等院校非计算机专业该课程的建设同样具有参考价值。

| Abstract: | On the basis of the reform and practice of the computer basic teaching for the non computer majored students in former Harbin Teacher's Training College,namely,the emphasis on the features of the normal and computer program reflected in computer cultural course,this paper discusses the trial of the teaching reform in the field of teaching contents,system structures, teaching materials,teaching methods and models Moreover,it puts forward the reform tendency of computer basic teaching The research in the paper will have the same value of reference to other counterparts |
