| 摘 要： | 校企合作、订单培养、顶岗实习是实现职业教育人才培养目标的重要途径。结合我国职业教育的发展要求,当大力推行校企合作、订单培养、顶岗实习的人才培养模式,探讨校企合作、订单培养、顶岗实习三者交互一体的内在关系、现实意义及实践探索,以期促进校企合作、订单培养、顶岗实习人才培养模式的健康发展。

| Abstract: | The school-enterprise cooperation,order training,and post practice is the important way to realize the talents training goal of vocational education. Combining the development of vocational education in China,while vigorously promoting school-enterprise cooperation,order training,and post practice personnel training mode,this paper discusses the internal relations of interaction in school-enterprise cooperation,order training,post practice,the practical significance and the practice exploration in order to promote the healthy development of school-enterprise cooperation,order training,the post practice personnel training mode. |
