| 摘 要： | 课堂管理是大学英语课堂教学中实现教学目标的一种有效的手段。大学英语教师必须采取一些管理课堂的技巧,诸如设立明确有效的课堂守则;适度制止大学生的不良行为;大学英语教师要巧妙化解课堂上产生的冲突;大学英语教师要针对课堂突发事件中的问题采取解决的方案;大学英语教师必须针对课堂上的＂疑难杂症＂,寻求解决办法,等等,来激发大学生的英语学习兴趣和动机,帮助大学生建立良好的行为标准,创造良好的课堂气氛,提高大学英语教学质量。

| Abstract: | In College English teaching,classroom management is a kind of effective method to realize teaching goals.College English teachers must follow some basic principles of classroom management,take some skills of classroom management,such as： setting up clear and effective classroom rules,and stoppint moderately College students＇ bad behaviors. At the same time,in order to stimulate College students＇ interests and motivations in English learning,help College students establish good behavior standards,create good classroom atmosphere and improve teaching quality of College English,College English teachers should also skillfully resolve some classroom conflicts,take actions for classroom problems and seek some solutions to some classroom ＂ incurable diseases＂ and so on. |
