| 摘 要： | 思想政治教育承担着培养中国特色社会主义事业的建设者和接班人的重要任务。现今社会,大学生面临着大量西方文化思潮和价值观念的冲击,就业、住房、社会保障等热点问题与矛盾,出现了政治信仰迷茫、理想信念模糊、价值取向扭曲等方面的问题。为有效培养大学生健全的人格,树立正确的价值观,须进一步加强高校思想政治教育合力机制的构建。通过健全领导体制、开发利用隐性思想政治教育资源、完善管理制度,加强学校、社会、家庭之间的交流与合作等方式,以形成风清气正的育人环境和氛围,增强高校思想政治教育的针对性和实效性。

| Abstract: | Ideological and political education shoulders the mission of training socialist builders and successors with Chinese characteristics.At present,facing the impact of the western concept and value, and the hot issues such as employment,housing,social security,college students reveal political beliefs uncertainty,fuzzy ideal faith,value orientation distortion,etc.In this the complexity of the environment, we must strengthen ideological and political education through the leadership system,development of recessive ideological and political education resources,perfect system,and through the means of communication and cooperation between universities,society and families,build good talents training environment and atmosphere and strengthen ideological and political education with pertinence and effectiveness. |
