| 摘 要： | 资源的禀赋往往决定一座城市的属性和产业格局，在这座城市烙下深深的印记，对这座城市的形成、发展和转型产生重大而深远的影响。煤炭工业的兴起带动淮南各项事业的发展，并在安徽中北部形成一座煤矿城市，使淮南成为华东地区以煤炭、电力为主的重要能源基地。研究煤炭工业在不同历史时期对淮南城市发展产生的作用和影响，确立淮南城市发展的基因，对于促进淮南可持续发展和城市转型，建立科学发展观，有着积极而重要地作用。

| Abstract: | Natural resources often determine a city＇ s property and industrial pattern, leave a deep im- print on the city, and have a significant and far-reaching influence on its formation, development and transition. The rise of coal industry leads to the development of various undertakings in Huainan, and makes it a coal mine city in the mid-north of Anhui. Huainan becomes an important energy base in the East China, which is based on coal and electricity. Study on the role and impact of coal industry in the development of Huainan city in different historical periods and the establishment of the genes for its de- velopment will have a positive and important impact on the promotion of its sustainable development, urban transformation and establishment of a scientific development concept. |
