| 摘 要： | 班集体是大学进行教育活动的基本单位,是学校教育和管理的基层组织。一个班集体精神面貌的好坏直接关系到学生的成人、成才、成功,在大学教育由精英教育转变为大众化教育的今天,班集体建设的成败关系到大学教育的成败。本文就集体凝聚力、优良的班风、学风、高素质的学生干部、加强对外宣传等方面论述了如何塑造一个先进的班集体。
