| 摘 要： | 核心竞争力是企业持续竞争优势的源泉，然而它本身并不会自动转化成为竞争优势。必须成功的识别、培育、实施、巩固和更新，并加以相关的机制与条件予以支持。以技术型企业为研究对象，探讨了核心竞争力在其生命周期内的演变轨迹，进而提出了提升企业核心竞争力的具体措施。

| Abstract: | According to the questionnaire survey of the NSFC-RS Joint Projects, this article summarizes and analyses their research achievements in the past few years in terms of academic publications, international conference publications and presentations and patent applications. The paper also stresses the important role of Joint Projects in propelling scientists to reach the forefront of world science and promoting joint research and talent training. Finally, the authors summarize some implications for organizing international collaboration projects. |
