| 摘 要： | 图书馆应该为包括残疾人在内的各阶层读者提供优质信息服务。文章通过分析目前我国残疾人状况与残疾人信息服务研究进展,从服务理念、法律政策、服务设施、信息资源及人力资源等方面探讨了图书馆如何保障残疾人信息权利,为新时期图书馆构建残疾人服务模式提供参考。

| Abstract: | Library should provide high-quality information service for readers from all walks of life,including the disabled readers.This paper analyzed the current status of the disabled people and the advances in the information service for the disabled readers in libraries,and discussed the measures to guarantee information rights of the disabled readers based on service concept,law and policy,service facilities,information resource,and human resource,etc.It can provide a reference for the establishment of servicing the disabled readers by libraries in the new era. |
