| 摘 要： | 信息服务业是服务业的重要组成部分,同时又是信息产业的一个重要领域,在经济社会发展中发挥着重要作用。3G宣告了大规模移动互联网时代的开始,并给山东省信息服务业带来新的发展机遇。本文首先阐述3G产生的背景,然后逐步分析3G时代的到来对山东省信息服务业各个领域产生的影响,最后分别从政府、电信、网络及软件业的角度提出了山东省信息服务业发展的策略选择。

| Abstract: | Information services industry is an important part of the service industry, at the same time, it is an important area of the information industry, so it plays an important part in the economic and social development .The 3G declared the advent of a large-scale movement of the Internet age, and it profoundly influence the information services that based on the communications and the network. At first, this paper elaborate the background of the 3G, then analysis how the 3G impact the information services of Shandong Province progressively, at the end reached the strategy selection about the further development from the perspective of the government, telecom operators,the network operators and the software enterprise. |
