| 摘 要： | 学科馆员队伍建设对高校图书馆来说非常重要,通过对中美两国学科馆员的人员构成、任职资格、聘任制度和培训教育等四方面进行分析比较,吸取借鉴美国大学的先进经验和做法,建设一支高素质的学科馆员队伍,为学科提供优质的信息服务。

| Abstract: | The team construction of discipline librarian is very important for college libraries.By the analysis and comparison from 4 aspects（personnel constitute,qualifications,employment system and training）of the discipline librarian in Sino-US college libraries,we should learn the advanced experience and practices in order to build a high quality team of discipline librarian and provide high quality services for disciplines. |
