| 摘 要： | 学前教育对幼儿身心健康、习惯养成、智力发展具有重要意义。随着经济的发展、科技的进步，学前教育越来越受到世界各国的重视，各国纷纷出台相关政策措施，以规范和发展学前教育。法国、俄国、美国作为学前教育比较发达的国家，它们的发展情况和经验有很多值得我们借鉴之处。

With the economic development and technological advances, preschool educa- tion catches more and more attention around the world. Many countries have introduced policies and measures related to standardization and development of preschool education. France, Russia, the United States as the coun- tries more advanced in preschool education, their development and experience provide a lot of reference for us. |
