摘    要:有关自我觉知的研究主要集中于自我觉知与自我标准差异、对归因的影响、与情绪及心理健康的关系等方面。自我觉知作为个体对自己有所认识或有所意识的主观状态,可以使个体意识到自身与标准之间的差异,并进而对个体情绪产生影响。适度的自我觉知是有利于心理健康的,但过度的自我觉知却是诸多心理障碍产生的根本原因。此外,将来用脑科学的方法对自我觉知的内在心理机制以及生理机制进行研究是很有必要的。

Abstract:The researches on self-awareness mainly focus on the following aspects: self-awareness and self-standard discrepancies, influence on attribution, and the relationship with emotion and mental health, etc. As a kind of mental subjective state, self-awareness occurs when one's attention focuses on himself and enables everyone to realize the difference between himself and the standard, and further exerts influence on one's emotion. In addition, self-awareness can be beneficial or harmful to mental health. Therefore, it is necessary to explore the internal psychological and physiological mechanism of self-awareness in the future.
