| 摘 要： | 该文在阐述高职院校科研团队的内涵与作用的基础上,分析了当前高职科研团队存在的主要问题及国家示范高职院校科研团队建设的经验。针对建设好高职院校科研团队的问题,提出了发挥团队领导者的作用、明确团队目标、科学管理以及营造团队文化等思路。
