| 摘 要： | 高校共青团是服务高校广大青年学生成长成才的重要组织,其工作的内容和方式具有重大研究意义。针对高职校外实习生工作,文章以就业为导向,提出以实习基地为阵地,强化基层团组织建设,创新组织模式,成立实习生临时团支部等措施。该支部应明确共青团组织职能定位,充分发挥共青团组织的优势,并以学生为本,分别从思想政治教育、就业规划指导、就业心理辅导和就业基础竞争力培养等几个方面,有针对性地创建高职校外实习生团学工作新模式。

| Abstract: | University Communist Youth League is the important organization which serves the university general young students.Its content and manner of work is of great significance.This article proposes that takes practical base as the position,strengthens the league organization construction,creates the mode of the organization and estabilishes the temporary youth league branch with the employment-oriented.Clearing the role of the communist youth league,giving full play to the advantages of the communist youth league organization and putting students first.To develop the new working mode of communist youth league effectively from creating the mode of the organization,ideological and political education,career planning and employment guidance,employment counseling and employment basical competence has a certain degree of theoretical and practical value. |
