| 摘 要： | 家族企业在国民经济中占有非常重要的地位,提高家族企业的管理水平,有助于促进家族企业发展。两权统一的家族企业治理模式,避免了逆向选择和道德风险,降低了交易成本;家族企业的管理环境、职业发展环境、财务管理问题等影响了它吸引社会资源的能力。家族企业必须转变治理模式,从两权统一向两权分离转变,从人治向法治转变,才能改善管理环境,提高家族企业吸引社会资源的能力,提高管理效率。

| Abstract: | As family firm plays an very important role in national economy, to improve its management level can stimulate its development. Unification of two rights is management model of the family firm, which avoids adverse selecting and moral risk, and also lowers transaction cost. The family firm＇s management environment, occupational development environment, and financial management, etc. can affect its attraction to social resources. The management model of the family firm should be transformed urgently, which requires the changes from the unification of two rights to separation of powers, from rule of man to rule of law. By improving management environment and attractions to social resources, the efficiency of management will be increased. |
