| 摘 要： | 近年来,重庆民营经济不断发展壮大,已成为推动全市经济发展的重要力量。但重庆民营企业上市公司的数量与其他省市相比还有较大的差距,严重制约了重庆民营经济的融资能力。该文分析了目前重庆民营企业上市的现状,深入剖析了影响重庆民营企业上市过程中所存在的问题,提出了加快重庆民营企业上市的对策。

| Abstract: | In recent years,Chongqing private economy has grown in strength,promoting the city＇s economic development has become an important force in promoting social employment,contribution to the city＇s GDP,and expanding foreign trade exports made a positive contribution.However,private enterprises in Chongqing,the quantity and quality of listed companies,there are many provinces and municipalities with the gap,severely restricted the financing of new municipalities,the private economy in the national capital market development and the right to speak.This article is currently listed on the work of private enterprises in our city＇s present situation,in-depth analysis of private enterprise to the listing of large-scale problems,and actual work,to speed up the listing of private enterprises in Chongqing to promote the work of specific recommendations |
