《食品微生物与检测技术》课程的教学改革与建设

摘    要:根据高职院校食品类专业的培养目标和我校食品生物专业教学改革的具体要求,通过制订新的课程标准、构建课程教学体系、改革教学方法等手段,将《食品微生物学》和《食品微生物检测技术》两门课程重组后,建设为专业技能核心课程《食品微生物与检测技术》。

Abstract:According to the educational goals for foodstaff majors in higher vocational colleges and the specific requests to food biological majors by our college,by means of making new curriculum standard,building curriculum teaching systems,reforming teaching methods,etc.,it is advisable to combine the two courses Food Microbiology and Food Microbiological Detection Technology together so as to reconstruct a core specialized course Food Microbiology and the Detection Technology.
