数控车床编程加工技术及典型实例分析

摘    要:利用数控车床进行零件的加工,要根据零件的复杂程度确定是手工编程还是自动编程,手工编程是自动编程的基础。以FANUC系统手工编程为例,从零件图纸分析,确定加工方案,数值计算,根据编程规则,主要是利用复合循环指令G71、G72、G76、G70进行编程,使用复合循环指令编程,可以大大简化程序编制,加工出符合技术要求的零件。

Abstract:CNC machine tools have been widely used in the fields of part manufacture.The manual and automatic programming are used,depending on the complexity of manufacture,in the course of part machining.In this article,manual programming,as the basis in the two programming techniques,is well used in the process of machine diagram analysis,plan of manufacture and numerical calculation.The programming could be significantly predigested by using compound cycle commands G71,G72,G76,G70 according to the rules of program.Then the satisfactory workpieces could be easily manufactured after mastering of the operation of lathe.
