教育公平的微观透析与导向机制

摘    要:在微观层面上,诸多教育不公平的现象与教师评价和学校评价的内在导向机制有着千丝万缕的联系。在教师评价和学校评价中,构建起新的导向机制,有助于改变教师的教育教学行为和学校的办学行为,推动教师和学校更多地关注全体的学生,为不同的学生提供平等的发展机会、发展空间和发展平台。

Abstract:At the micro level, there are still many phenomena of education unfairness. Its' existence is bound to the intrinsic guidance mechanism. So, it's conducive to construct new guidance mechanism for the evaluation of teacher and school, to change the teacher's behavior in teaching, to change the school's behavior in school-running, to make teachers and school pay more attention to all students, to provide e- qual opportunities, the different space and the different platform to different students for development.
