| 摘 要： | 通过对257名高职生在兼职态度、兼职基本情况、兼职与学业的关系、兼职安全等方面进行调查和分析,发现校外兼职可以锻炼高职生的社会实践能力,但同时可能影响到高职生学业及自身各方面素质的发展。学校应当加强教育引导,完善校外兼职管理,推进学风建设、重视兼职安全教育。

| Abstract: | We tested 257 higher vocational college students by a questionnaire which includes four aspects of taking off-campus part-time jobs： the students＇ attitude, the elementary condition of part-time job taken, the relationship between study and job, security matters. We found that taking off-campus part- time jobs can help students to exercise the ability of social practice; however~ taking a part-time job may affect their academic achievement and other personal qualities development. The paper suggests higher vocational colleges should strengthen the ideological education, improve off-campus part-time job management, promote the construction of study atmosphere and safety education. |
