| 摘 要： | 知识经济是以智力和人力资源为主要动力源的、可持续发展的新经济形式。在知识经济社会中，积极促进由传统的“人事行政管理”向“公共人力资源管理”的转变，优化人力资源，对提高政府工作效率具有重要的意义。为此，应加快人才市场体系建设，调整我国公共人力资源结构，建立和完善公共人力资源开发教育体系。

| Abstract: | Knowledge economy is a new form of economy which mainly relies on intelligence and human resource to keep sustainable development. In a society of knowledge economy, promoting the transformation from traditional personnel administration to public human resource management and optimizing human resource play a vital role in improving the working efficiency of the government. Therefore we should expedite the construction of human resource market system, adjust the structure of our national public human resource, establish and improve the exploitation and education system of human resource. |
