| 摘 要： | 在当前法学教育遍地开花的情况下，财经类法学教育要想占有一席之地，就必须具有自身的特色。财经类法学教育在寻求自身特色的过程中存在诸多误区，笔者认为，财经类法学教育只有进行正确定位，纠正认识上存在的偏差，才能生存与发展。

| Abstract: | Nowadays,law education of finance and economics should have its own unique features especially during the time of the populariry of law education.There are some errors in the process for the law education of finace and economicsto set up its unique features.The author thinks that the errors of law education of finance and economics should be corrected in order to realize its development.Therefore,the paper puts forward some suggestions. |
