| 摘 要： | 在灾区一线做灾情报道时，是救死扶伤，还是坚持报道，往往成为记者面临的两难问题。在灾难报道中把握道德维度，能带来道德进步，可以唤醒媒体良知，也有助于理性传播。同时，在最小伤害原则下，记者的本职就是报道事实；在知情同意原则下，记者的采访应当征询对方同意；为聚焦真相，不要让记者成为新闻的焦点；为回归公利，不要让镜头移植煽情的商业利益。

| Abstract: | In a newly disaster- stricken area, it is usually very difficult for a newsman to choose to rescue the dying and the wounded or to persist in the report. A good grasp of the moral dimension can bring about moral progress, awaken the kind consciousness of the media and help the work of rational communication. A newsman＇ s duty is to report the real facts, but he should bring the victims the least harm and get their permission before his report. He should focus the truth instead of focusing on himself. He should return to the public interests instead of arousing enthusiasm for commercial interests. |
