| 摘 要： | 经济自治权是民族自治地方自治权的重要内容。经济自治权的主体包括:权力来源主体和权力行使主体、经济自治权的法律内容、经济自治权的施行客体。它具有政治性、法定性、经济性、地方性和民族性等特征。它的实现途径包括立法途径、行政途径、司法途径、监督途径和帮助途径。
