| 摘 要： | 新生代农民工游离于城乡之间，维权意识强，在城市融入上面临经济层面、心理层面和社会层面的困难，需要培育属于新生代农民工的社区组织，充分发挥主流媒体的正面引导作用，建立安全阀机制，促进其顺利融入城市。
