摘    要:“双碳”愿景带来了一场能源生产和利用方式的深刻变革。对传统能源类科技期刊而言,抓住这一难得的历史机遇期与行业一起同频共振既是行业期刊引领科技创新、服务国家战略的应有作为,也是适应行业发展趋势、实现自身高质量发展的内在需求。科技期刊的转型发展是一场影响深远的系统工程,转型目标的高标准落实需要坚持“五位一体”思想统筹推进顶层设计、学科布局、人才支持、团队培养、融媒体建设5方面的建设任务。本文通过对上述任务推进策略的思考和论述,对传统能源类科技期刊的转型发展之道进行探索,力求为“双碳”愿景下传统能源类科技期刊如何破局新生、引领行业科技创新这一时代赋予能源期刊人的重要问题找到一种答案。

Abstract:The double-carbon vision brings a profound change in the way of energy production and utilization. It is not only the natural step for traditional energy STM journals to seize this historic opportunity and align with the industry to lead science and technology innovation and serve national strategy but also the intrinsic requirement of adaptations in the development of the journal industry and pursuit of high-quality development. Besides, the transformation of STM journals is a systematic endeavor, requiring the construction of the five-sphere integrated plan: top-level design, disciplines distribution, talent cultivation, team building, and integrated media construction. Based on the consideration and discussion of the above construction tasks, this paper explores the transformation road of traditional energy STM journals and strives to find an answer to the important question of how traditional energy science and technology journals can break the mould and lead the science and technology innovation under the double-carbon vision.
