| 摘 要： | 通过对少数民族大学生的调查，并结合高校少数民族学生教育管理的实践经验，分析了当前高校少数民族学生干部队伍中存在的问题、成因及其成长成才的必备素质，并提出加强少数民族大学生干部培养教育的对策。
