| 摘 要： | 传统财权配置理论将公司财权配置于股东（大）会、董事会、经理和监事会，并未将债权人纳入公司财权配置的范畴，这是债权人权益屡遭侵犯的原因之一。债权人配置公司财权有其必要性，但现状不容乐观。为此，有必要对目前的债权人配置公司财权进行改进。

| Abstract: | The traditional configuration theory of financial right configures the financial right to the general meeting of shareholders,directorate,manager and the board of supervisors,without taking creditors into configuration,which is one of reasons why their rights are very often impinged on.The configuration of the finance of the company by creditors is necessary in practice,but the situation is not so optimistic.Therefore,it is necessary to innovate the financial right of the creditor disposed company. |
