| 摘 要： | 以广东省399家企业为研究对象，探讨了技术创新（工艺创新和产品创新）对企业市场绩效的影响，以及环境动态性对工艺创新和产品创新与市场绩效关系的调节作用。结果表明，工艺创新和产品创新对市场绩效均有显著的正向影响，环境动态性对工艺创新与市场绩效间关系、产品创新与市场绩效间关系均有显著的调节作用。
