| 摘 要： | 农村信用社对我国农村、农业的发展，农民的增收具有重要的作用，在我国的金融体系中具有重要的地位。为了适应经济的发展，国家对其进行了多次的改革，使农村信用社的管理与经营状况有所改观，但仍然存在一些问题，尤其是法人治理结构仍不完善，成为制约其进一步发展的“瓶颈”。因此，在剖析我国农村信用社法人治理结构存在缺陷的基础上，提出了完善我国农村信用社法人治理结构的具体建议。

| Abstract: | Rural credit cooperatives are important in development of rural areas and agriculture and increase income of farmers, play an important role in Chinese financial system. In order to adapt to the economic development, reforms were carded out to enable the management and operating status of rural credit cooperatives to be improved, but there are still some problems, especially that the corporate governance structure is not perfect, be a ＂bottleneck＂ to constraint its further development. Therefore, based on the analysis of defects of corporate governance structure in Chinese rural credit cooperatives, this paper gives specific suggestions to improve the corporate governance structure of rural credit cooperatives in our country. |
