| 摘 要： | 球迷骚乱是现代竞技运动的负面伴生物,是当前世界各国共同面临的一个棘手的体育社会问题,该行为的发生给社会文明带来了不良的后果。运用文献资料法,对球迷骚乱的动态过程进行了模型建构1.骚乱主体：1）球迷—混合球迷,常规球迷,表意球迷,行动球迷;2）骚乱先导：环境刺激;3）骚乱动态过程：潜伏阶段：感染→暗示→从众/模仿-强化;2.升温阶段：激励→狂热;3.高峰阶段：失范/爆发。并提出了相应的防治措施：1）骚乱主体：提高认知水平,倡导文明观赛;2）骚乱先导：减少刺激源,创造心境平和观赛环境;3）潜伏阶段：减少球迷从众必理倾向;4）升温阶段：控制球迷激动情绪;5）高峰阶段：及时控制事态,积极有效疏导;6）防治根本：“依法制赛”与“以德治赛”有机结合。

| Abstract: | The fans' turbulence is a negative result in the modern athletics,which is a troublesome social problem that many countries should face together,and this behavior have brought some bad consequences for social civilization.Using the methods of the documentary materials,constructed a model for the dynamic process of fans' turbulence,and proposed some preventive and controlling countermeasures. |
