| 摘 要： | 缺乏事业心和责任感,育人意识淡薄、为人师表作用缺失、功利主义思想膨胀是高等学校师德建设中存在的主要问题。教师是立校之本,师德是教育之魂。高等学校必须从战略高度、健全制度、长效机制、营造氛围方面提升师德建设。

| Abstract: | The main problems of university teachers' professional ethics existing currently include lack of responsibility,weak awareness of students education,loss of teachers' manners,and act of pursuing position and wealth.Teachers are the most important human resources and represent the scholarship level of universities.In order to stimulate and develop teachers' professional ethics,more attention should be paid to perfecting rules for teachers' behavior,to establishing sustainable systems,and to creating an atmosphere of promoting teacher's moral and spiritual improvement. |
