| 摘 要： | 《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》强调指出，信息技术对教育发展具有革命性影响，必须予以高度重视。数字化时代的来临，给中小学校既带来机遇也带来挑战。利用信息化手段促进学校快速协调发展，使各学校教师团队从优秀迈向卓越，实现信息技术在教育教学管理中的创新应用，这些已成为教育管理者和一线教师关注的热点问题。中小学移动数字图书馆是中小学数字图书馆的有益补充和延伸，它对指导青少年学生阅读，提升青少年学生的阅读素养和阅读能力，推进移动数字阅读技术与中小学数字图书馆对接，推进教育读物的数字阅读、移动阅读建设与应用，具有很高的实用价值和前瞻意义，适合我国中小学数字图书馆建设需要，也提高了中小学数字图书馆的影响力和实用性。

| Abstract: | ＂National long-term development plan for education reform＂ stressed that information technology has a revolutionary impact on educational development. and must be highly valued. With the advent of the digital age, opporttmities for both primary and secondary schools have also brought challenges.The use of information technology means to promote rapid and coordinated development of the school, so the team from the best teachers towards excellence, implementation of information technology in educational management in innovative applications, have become teachers, managers＇ greatest concern of front-line issues. Mobile Digital Library is a useful complement and extension for primary and secondary schools. Ifs of highly practical value and forward-looking sense in guiding young students to read, improving the students＇ and teenagers＇ reading hteracy, and promoting mobile digital reading technology. It will promote the connection of digital reading technology with digital library in primary and secondary schools, digital reading of teaching materials and the development and application of mobile reading. Therefore, it＇s suitable for the development of digital library in primary and secondary schools in China, it can also increase the influence and practicability of digital library in primary and secondary schools. |
